What To Expect

The community of Denver Pres is casual, relational, welcoming and engaging. We are serious about following Jesus, but not too serious about ourselves. We delight in seeing new faces, and take care to help those new to our community to participate in worship that is deep, yet both comprehensible and comfortable.

Our worship service is simultaneously liturgical and informal, ancient and contemporary. To get a sense of what a typical worship service is like, you can check out a sample worship guide or listen to a sermon or two from our audio archive.

We provide childcare assistance for children ages 3 and under. During the sermon, children age 4 through 3rd grade are invited to participate in a time of age appropriate worship and teaching.

Denver Presbyterian Church is a new community of faith not only for current followers Jesus, but also for those who are curious to explore historic Christianity. We meet in East Denver, and primarily serve the neighborhoods of Park Hill, Stapleton, Lowry, Montclair, City Park, Congress Park, Hale, Hilltop, East Colfax and Cherry Creek. Denver Pres is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
