Ethiopia ACT holistically serves the urban poor in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Originally founded to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS on poor families, ACT has evolved and grown to serve the needs of the wider community. Their staff of over 20 national Ethiopians now provides support through:

medical care

services for youth & families

business training

church planting

discipleship
public health initiatives

What Does Denver Pres Do?

For the past five years, Denver Pres has taken a team of medical and non-medical professionals to conduct medical clinics and provide care for Addis' forgotten communities. The care we provide in one week alongside Ethiopia ACT staff makes a significant impact because of ACT's ongoing work throughout the year.  Our partnership plays a significant role in building the capacity of ACT staff that allows them to continue this vital work even after our team leaves.

How Else Can You Support Ethiopia ACT?

Support the mission of Ethiopia ACT year-round through the Family to Family program.  By giving $55 a month, you can provide basic needs like rent, food, health care, and school fees to families in Addis.
